Natural Gas, Cleaner Air

That day I saw a SBS bus running on natural gas. I knew that bus was different from the rest because there was this very big phrase 'Natural Das CleanerAir' sticker pasted across the bus.

Ok, very good. Good effort there to clean up the environment. *2 thumbs up* I thought the bus looked quite nice and its also much quieter than conventional buses. Way to go, man.

But.....

If SBS really wants to consider cutting cost, the company can consider:

1) taking down all the tvs in the bus (It is very, very annoying. Might as well invest the money on cleaner windows and seats. I want to enjoy my ride in peace and look outside for scenery!)

2) and also do away the concept of air-conditioned bus interchange (Very wasteful of resources. The main door is opened 24/7 for the Toa Payoh interchange and I can imagine how much air-con had leaked to outside.).

1 Comments:

  • thirdly they can try to get their stupid EZLink machines to WORK PROPERLY. it's always the ones at the exit that cannot read the card properly. how convenient. better still should go back to the farecard system lah... so we can choose our own fare price. so shiok!
