Hanging Tough (Updated)

How to know there are reservists in the camp:

1) There are people with long hair walking around without giving a damn.

2) There are people walking around not properly dressed (slippers flopping around, shirts tucked out etc) without giving a damn. To think that we were scared out of our shits during our NS days.

3) Now men (coporals and below) don't need to do sai gang. It's the sergeants who are doing. How time changes. Now they are also more polite. Hehe...

4) It's 8 in the morning..... and practically the whole platoon is still sleeping on the bed.

5) The canteens in the camp are flooded with people.

But looks like the honeymoon period is over. You can't expect the government to pay you while you eat and sleep all days in camp.

Finally, things are getting more exciting after today.

In these few days, things were moving a bit slow. Not sure if it's because once we are in army camps, the speed of time had change to a lower gear. It is still nice to recieve messages from people outside the camp.
